Meet Your Veterinary Animal Science Option Advisor
Wendy O'Connor has advised STEM and Pre-Professional students for nearly 20 years and stands ready to assist Animal Science Majors whose option is Veterinary Animal Science. She is passionate about connecting with and helping students, and is eager to walk with them throughout their journey at Nebraska. Wendy looks forward to helping students understand their degree, major and option requirements, and equipping students with the tools they need to achieve their goals. She also serves as Pre-Vet Advisor for all students interested in a career in Veterinary Medicine and can help with any questions they may have. Wendy graduated from Hastings College with BA in Psychology and Social Science Education and earned her M.S. Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas.
