Out of an abundance of caution and with the health of our students and attendees of our sale in mind, our sale this year will be online or by phone bids only.

Block & Bridle Honors Banquet & Alumni & Friends Reunion

Saturday, April 10, 5:00 p.m. - Robber's cave

This year we are combining our events into one eventful night! We will recognize the achievements of our Block and Bridle members as well as recognize the newest Block and Bridle Honoree, Jerry Adams.

We will recognize our Alumni and Service Award recipients: Trey Kellner, Young Alumni of Distinction; Deb VanOverbeke, Undergraduate of Distinction; Jeremy Martin, Graduate of Distinction; and the late Ken Eng, Distinguished Service. These awards are aimed to recognize those alumni and friends that have achieved and supported our Department in an amazing way.

Recognition of Judging Teams

As a part of this event, we want to pay special tribute to our judging team alumni. We are asking all alumni who participated on a judging team in a year ending in “0” (2010, 2000, 1990, 1980, 1970, 1960, etc.) or “1” (2011, 2001, 1991, 1981, 1971, 1961, etc.) to come back for special recognition. All alumni from any year are encouraged to attend as well, and we hope that this new format allows for our teams to reconnect every 10 years. You’ll also be introduced to our most recent judging teams during this event.

Live and Silent Auction (includes a cake auction)

An outstanding offering of silent auction items, as well as select high-profile live auction items will be available for your purchase, with proceeds going toward the R.B. and Doris Warren Livestock Judging Memorial Fund and Block and Bridle Club.

Auction List

These events are all made possible because of alumni & friends like you. We are forever grateful for the time and effort you put into our program and we are excited to celebrate many accomplishments and friendships as a part of this weekend.
