I am an Assistant Professor and Extension Animal Behavior and Well-Being Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I teach Animal Welfare (ASCI 370), an in-depth exploration of the issues involved in animal use. The historical, biological, ethical, and social aspects of human-animal interaction in Western culture. The course is typically offered in spring semesters.
