About Me
I was born in Salt Lake City Utah and have lived in the states of Utah, Washington, California, Arizona, Indiana and Nebraska, I moved to Lincoln 36 1/2 years ago with my husband and our oldest daughter. I am married to Dr. Steve Jones and we have 4 children with 3 significant others and 2 grandchildren.
I got my Bachelor's degree after attending the University of Utah and the University of Arizona. Before moving to Lincoln I worked as a Research Manager at Purdue University in Swine Nutrition. It is still my favorite job I've had, as I got to see projects start and move through the Farm and then into the Lab phases. I still live in the house we bought 35 years ago with Steve, the Temple of Doom Crew (German Shorthair Pointers Indy, Shorty and Willie) and the occasional foster dog.
