On Sale November 11th-21st!
In-person sale: Monday, Nov. 18th-20th, 9:00am-3:00pm at the West Entrance of the Animal Science Complex.
ASGSA is excited to host our Annual Fall Clothing this year! Our first item is a dark gray, distressed baseball cap with the UNL Animal Science logo on the front corner for $15. Next is the two-toned quarter zips, offered in either vintage heather red or heather black, with the same Animal Science logo on the chest for $35. Lastly, we are offering a red Comfort Colors t-shirt with a design of the stained glass window found in the East entrance of the Animal Science Complex (complete with a pocket on the front chest and "University of Nebraska-Lincoln; Animal Science Department" written on it) for $20.
ASGSA was graciously allowed permission to use the stained glass design for the t-shirt by the family and friends of Roy L. Carlson, a devoted employee of the UNL Animal Science Department. Roy worked for the Animal Science Department for over 30 years and upon retirement, donated the window to the department, which he designed and created with his friend, Harry Tompkins at Glass Palace Co in Lincoln. As a way of remembering Roy and his dedication to the department, attached to this email, along with the flyer for the items, is a brief biography of Roy Carlson and his work on the stained glass window.
To order any of these items, please find the order form in A224 (by Andi Hallberg's desk) or contact Kerri Bochantin (kerri.bochantin@huskers.unl.edu) if you cannot get an order form. Final orders and payments are due no later than Thursday, November 21st by 5PM.
Pick-up for items will be in December, exact dates will be emailed.
