  • The primary focus of my youth extension program is to use animals as tools to help teach critical life skills including critical thinking, team-work, and effective communications. At the same time, because programs focus on usage of animals and animal products, youth should simultaneously enhance their knowledge base of proper livestock care and management for the benefit of human well-being.
