Olivier Munezero is a Ph.D., student with a specialization in non-ruminant nutrition. His research focus is investigating plasmidome and virome to understand the ecology, emergence, and transmission of antimicrobial resistance in pigs. He is also testing direct-fed microbes that can replace metaphylactic antibiotics to mitigate antimicrobial resistance.
