Natalie Erker is a Ph.D., student with a specialization in non-ruminant nutrition. Her research focus is the applied and basic investigations of non-ruminant mammals fed novel feed ingredients with and without additional management strategies and the subsequent impact on gastrointestinal health. Investigating the effectiveness of a case-based teaching model for the learning and retention of clinical nutritional knowledge in Veterinary students.
