Kaleb Pofahl is an M.S., student with a specialization in ruminant nutrition. His research is focused on evaluating the effect of implementing a finishing program with no Cargill product inclusion and a finishing program with Cargill product (RAMP and Sweet Bran) inclusion, with and without restricted feed access time on performance, feeding behavior, ruminal pH, and carcass characteristics of feedlot steers.
