Jaya Nelson is an M.A.S., student and serves as an assistant coach for the Nebraska Rodeo team. Her graduate focus is on entrepreneurship, coaching, and sports media, and how they all come together in building a rodeo program. Jaya's interested in how entrepreneurial thinking can help with growing and sustaining a team, while good coaching develops athletes and keeps the program strong. Sports media ties it all together by promoting the program, telling our story, and connecting with the community.
