Bo Garcia is a Ph.D., student with a specialization in meat science & muscle biology. His research focus is on addressing the evolving needs of the meat industry through education, extension, and workforce development initiatives, including fostering the next generation of industry professionals while ensuring that educational programs align with current industry needs. Additionally, Bo's research explores student needs and expectations, alongside innovative teaching methodologies, to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes in agricultural and meat science disciplines.
