The University of Nebraska-Lincoln livestock judging team had impressive finishes at the Heart City Bull Bash and Nebraska Cattlemen's Classic over the weekend.
Nebraska was named reserve high team overall at bull bash, placing second in both placings and reasons as a team. Individually, Jocelyn Phelps was named high overall individual, finishing as high individual in reasons and third in placings. Dylan Leed was third high overall individual, finishing as high individual in placings and sixth in reasons.
At Cattlemen's Classic, Nebraska was named high team overall, finishing as high team in placings and third high team in reasons. Marli Williams was high overall individual, finishing as high individual in placings and fourth in reasons. Jocelyn Phelps was third high individual, finishing as high individual in reasons and sixth in placings.
The team will travel to Texas on on February 28 for the San Antonio Stock Show.
