Livestock Judging Team Finishes as Ninth High Team Overall at North American International Livestock Exposition, Robinson Named Academic All-America

2024 Nebraska Livestock Judging Team

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Livestock Judging team closed out its 2024 season by placing ninth high team overall at the North American International Livestock Exposition and senior Ashlyn Robinson, an agricultural economics major from North Platte, Neb., was named Senior Collegiate Academic All-America.

As a team, Nebraska was seventh high team in sheep and goats, ninth high team in cattle, and 10th high team in both swine and reasons. 

Individually, Jaylea Pope, a junior animal science and agricultural communications major from Ravenna, Neb., finished as ninth high individual in sheep and goats and was 13th high individual in performance swine.
