The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Meat Judging team is solely funded through the generosity of groups and individuals who believe in the program. All student transportation, lodging, entry fees, and some meals are paid for by the University. We constantly strive to keep cost at a minimum for our students. They are sacrificing time and investing tremendous effort, and we want to see them succeed financially while they are on the team.
