What do I need to do? When should I do it?

Consider the type of industry experience you would like to have:

  • Species or discipline you would like to work with

  • Ensure experience offers learning experiences pertinent to the animal science field
Start thinking about this as soon as you arrive on campus!
Obtain your industry experience:
  • Attend campus career fairs and other departmental events
  • Utilize CASNR Career Services for resume, cover letter, and interview assistance

Most internships are filled by early spring semester!
