The University of Nebraska coordinates registration for HACCP courses offered by the University of Nebraska, Kansas State University, South Dakota State University and the University of Missouri. Registration Fee is $295 per person.

October 14-16, 2009 Kansas City, KS (Overland Park KU Edwards Campus).  This course is currently full.  You may submit a registration, however, you will only be accepted if a currently registered participant drops out.  We will notify you if you are accepted in the course.
