Prospective Graduate Students

Admissions are reviewed on a continual basis; however, it is strongly encouraged to submit all materials to Graduate Admissions no later than January 7 to be considered for financial support in the coming academic year, February 1 for summer, March 1 for fall, or September 1 for spring.

Current Graduate Students

The M.S. program can be completed in about two years. Students in Animal Science usually complete requirements for the Ph.D. degree in four to five years after the B.S. degree; two to three years beyond the M.S. degree.
